IC-781 repair is in work. Thanks to KB5PGY David Fanelli’s work, the problem is isolated back to the R20 resistor. Lotsa wires, lotsa phantom goose chases. It’s sitting on bench at W5OC’s QTH, with new Mouser parts in transit. I think the patient will live!
