If you’ve never tried a POTA activation, just give it a try. Operating is fun, but getting an excuse to enjoy the outdoors is the real appeal of doing these.
Yes, you’ll be missing primetime College Football, but you can monitor the ESPN scores from your iPhone and watch the taped rebroadcasts afterwards, right?
